We do not know how a horse carriage came to be known as Victoria. But our Victoria “Victoria No. 203" like a beautiful queen among women, suddenly becomes the center of attraction of a number of crooks headed by Seth Durga Das.

Can you imagine that a dying man put three crores of rupees worth of stolen diamonds somewhere inside the innocent-looking Victoria? And the poor boy who plies the Victoria in the streets of Bombay is actually a girl (for girls are not given licenses) and she also does not know that she is riding three crores, of Diamonds.

Enter two lovable jailbirds, Raja & Rana. They stumble onto a key, under very odd circumstances. Yes, just a key, and something tells them that it is the key to a future. Poor Raja & Rana, they have no idea that the key is actually the key to the same diamonds hidden in the Victoria.

Seth Durga Das, the respectable" villain has a playboy son, Kumar, or is he. ? Is he related to Rana by any chance? And what makes the poor Victoria driver Rekha fall in love with the playboy Kumar!

We can't tell you more but only one thing-respectability is sometimes only skin deep, there is more of humaneness in humans whom the world looks down as jailbirds.
